By using Ledger, you agree to these terms. Ledger is provided as-is, operated by a solo developer.
Ledger lets you create, send, and track invoices, and lets your clients view invoices and submit payment confirmation. Free plan usage is subject to weekly limits on invoices and PDF downloads, shown in your account.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you create and the bank details you provide. Ledger does not verify or guarantee that any payment is actually received — payment confirmation is submitted by clients and reviewed by you.
Ledger does not process payments directly. All payments happen by bank transfer directly between you and your client, outside of Ledger. Ledger only displays payment details and tracks status based on what you and your clients report.
Plan upgrades paid by bank transfer are reviewed and approved manually. Ledger reserves the right to adjust plan limits and pricing with notice.
Ledger is provided without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for disputes between you and your clients, missed or delayed payments, or data loss. Use it as one tool among your business records, not your sole source of truth for critical financial data.
These terms may be updated as Ledger changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
